Master Services Agreement and Payment Authority

The JWGecko Innovation Pty Ltd Master Services Agreement is available on our website here.

By submitting this form, I confirm that I am authorised by the customer organisation, and where card payment is used, that I am the cardholder or authorised by the cardholder to use the nominated card.
I authorise JWGecko Innovation Pty Ltd to process payment for the nominated invoice(s), subscription instalments, services, usage charges, support charges, or other account charges shown on this form or otherwise payable under the customer’s JWGecko account.
I acknowledge that JWGecko services are provided under the JWGecko Customer Agreement Framework, including the Master Services Agreement, applicable Product Schedules, Commercial Schedules and Operational Policies. I confirm that the relevant invoice(s), service description, amount and payment arrangement have been reviewed and accepted.
If there is a billing query or dispute, the customer agrees to raise it with JWGecko in writing before initiating a card dispute, except where the cardholder genuinely believes the card has been used fraudulently or without authority. A card dispute or reversal does not by itself extinguish any underlying contractual debt that remains payable to JWGecko.

  I have read the JWGecko Innovation Pty Ltd Master Services Agreement, confirm the payment authority above, and agree to be bound by its terms.
