
Gecko™ Customer Agreement Framework
This page outlines the contractual framework governing the use of Gecko™ platform services provided by JWGecko™ Innovation Pty Ltd (trading as JWGecko™ and Gecko™).
Use of Gecko™ systems, execution of a Commercial Schedule, payment of invoices, or acceptance of the platform login agreement constitutes acceptance of the Gecko™ Customer Agreement Framework.
These documents collectively form the Gecko™ Customer Agreement Framework.
The framework is structured as follows:
- Master Services Agreement – the core legal agreement governing the relationship between Gecko™ and its customers.
- Product Schedules – product-specific operating rules and platform scope.
- Commercial Schedule – pricing, subscription bands, capacity allocations and commercial terms.
- Platform Policies – policies governing the operation, support, security, privacy and use of the platform.
- How the documents interact – How these documents work together and which terms take precedence where they overlap.
Some documents within this framework are published through the JWGecko support portal and may require an active customer login for access.
1. Master Services Agreement
The Master Services Agreement (MSA) defines the legal relationship between Gecko™ and its customers.
It governs matters including:
- platform access
- subscription services
- consumption services
- professional services
- intellectual property
- liability and indemnity
- termination and renewal
- customer responsibilities
- default, misuse, suspension and service restriction rights
2. Product Schedules
Product Schedules describe the operation of specific Gecko™ products, including platform architecture, capacity rules, service scope and product-specific support models.
3. Commercial Schedule
Commercial Schedules govern pricing, included capacity, subscription bands, optional modules, overage charges, professional service rates and related commercial terms.
4. Platform Policies
These documents govern the operational use, support, security, privacy and administration of the platform.

5. Privacy
Personal information submitted through JWGecko public websites is handled in accordance with the JWGecko Privacy Policy.
Personal information and customer data processed through Gecko™ platforms and applications is governed by the Customer Agreement Framework, including the Platform Privacy & Data Processing Policy, Security & Hosting Policy, Information Security Policy, Customer Offboarding & Data Deletion Policy and other applicable Platform Policies.
6. Updates to this Framework
Gecko™ may update the documents within this framework from time to time.
The current published versions of these documents constitute the active contractual terms governing the use of Gecko™ services.
Where updates materially affect customers, Gecko™ will provide reasonable notice.
Continued use of Gecko™ services after updated terms become effective constitutes acceptance of the updated documents.
7. Acceptance of Terms
Customers accept this framework through any of the following actions:
- executing a Client Commercial Schedule
- accepting the Gecko™ platform login agreement
- paying invoices for Gecko™ services
- continuing to use Gecko™ platform services
