VETtrak is structured with Program Types, Programs and Occurrences including Locations [more on locations, later].
When an enrolment takes place, the confirmation needs to be a Training Pack that incorporates everything the student requires, including: Information on the Program Type, the Program, Occurrence details, Location, perhaps a map, terms of cancellation, background reading, a course handbook and perhaps even a receipt – all automatically generated from the website upon enrolment. The information needs to be personalised and it needs the ability to be updated quickly and easily.
