Restrictions

Tracking regulatory decisions has become more difficult lately with the retention of history on TGA and the interface. This gives us more information but it is less coherent and each case has to be analysed individually to understand the decision and applicable dates, the AAT review process, and the resulting current status. In the interest of fairness, we will endeavour to paint any RTO mentioned in the least negative light we can given the information available. Rather than a definitive list, please treat this content as a selection of news items which may be of interest.

There was only one restriction of note this month:

Registration Cancelled

21402 Toni & Guy Melbourne School of Hairdressing (Melbourne CBD and Inner Suburbs, Beauty and Auto Service) – Cancelled.

Training component changes

There was an average number of changes to many packages this month.

Qualification Changes
There was a focus on Hospitality (131), Food and Beverage (91), Business (50) and Qualification categories this month.

Accredited Courses
The majority of changes were in the following groups. Food and Beverage (91), Foundation Skills (32), Training (31).

Unit Content
There were a number of changes in First Aid (42), Safety (36), Equipment (35).

Funding changes

Very quiet this month there were 2 new funding registrations (1 in QLD and 1 in TAS) no removals.
