Five new VETtrak online extensions hit the market today from JWGecko. Non- VETtrak users don’t despair you are next!
These five products represent the next stage in the evolution of the VETtrak Online product set. The set starts with the VO Lite product for small RTOs dipping their toe online, extends to the VO Basic and Advanced products with extended functionality and options using the VETtrak Enrolment API and then to the VO Corporate and RTO ProCMS products that utilise the Portal and Enrolment APIs together.
- VETtrak Online Lite – basic online enrolment for smaller RTOs
- VETtrak Online Basic – more sophisticated enrolment and Programme presentation
- VETtrak Online Advanced – Customised enrolment, SEO, presentation flexibility, calendars
- VETtrak Online Corporate – Student access, Employer’s Management tools as well as online enrolment
- RTO Pro CMS – A completely integrated RTO website using our content management tools integrated with the enrolment and portal functionality

- Confirmation Portal: Sophisticated mail merge and snippet management tailors course confirmation emails to suit each enrolment option with customisation that allows the addition of attachments for receipts, hand books and course material. Once set up the Confirmation Portal is a 24/7 Training Administrator.
- Locations Portal: How many calls does your office receive about how to find a venue? Wouldn’t it be nice to have a link to detailed location information including directions, maps, photographs and instructions AND if it were integrated into your training management software wouldn’t that save a lot of time and calls?
