We are dying to implement a work around for RTOs who need to claim up to six times when VETtak only allows three.
We have a sophisticated add-on to allow RTOs to create a ‘virtual occurrence’ from two real occurrences. The idea is that the student enrols on one occurrence, behind the scenes we link two together, some units in each, and then allow the results to be recorded in each units thereby over coming the maximum three claims restriction. Sounds complicated and it is a little but once set up live becomes very easy.
Oh and if you are training multiple groups, with the same trainer in the same venue we also have a way of ‘load balancing’ occurrences and maximizing the use of available spaces.
