This is a relatively small release due to us wanting to encapsulate the VETtrak upgrade in one release. There are however a few valuable pieces of fruit for you to play with – highlighted in dark grey below.
As is always the case if you see anything unusual please let us know immediately via the bug report option in the support pod in your admin – we have team members ready to respond. Managed Server and Own Server clients, please book in a time for the update with Troy via email please.
VETtrak product clients:
- We are pushing out the VETtrak 4.4.* compatible release to our production servers this afternoon.
- The release works with both the old and new versions – there should be no changes to your site or service.
- If you download the new API last week, please discard it, there is a newer version J
- Please start to organise your VETtrak and API upgrade if you have not already done so
- Please have your upgrade completed by the end of next week [16th August]
Cherry CMS 13.8.1
Enhancements:

LMS 2.6.1
Enhancements:
- Limit required fields when student editing profile in LMS
- Improved standard email template and CSS for notifications that is similar to before previous release
- New programme.enrolment event hook and programme merge fields available for programme events
- Improved SCO embedding – resized for screen height and timeout warning shows
Fixes:
- Prevent items appearing multiple times in marking
- Limit marking for trainers with course enrolment in a group only
