Hi everyone,
Exciting times!
We will be rolling out our Cherry 14.4 release to shared hosting servers on Wednesday morning. Own Server clients will be updated next week.
The overarching feature updates are for improved ease-of-use with additional focus on reducing workload in busy RTOs – you be the judge.
Before we do the release our test team checks each change in both our development and staging environments.
When we actually do the release we go through and test sites to ensure basic functionality is working as it should.
Test enrolment: We encourage ALL our clients to do a simple test enrolment to ensure nothing has changed.
Cherry CMS 14.3.0
This release of the base platform is mostly about improving the useability of the basic tools. The theming tool may seem like a bit of a toy however really it is a proof-of-concept for those clients who want to make VET Campus or the LMS adheres to your brand guidelines without building anything custom that is costly to maintain. The new uploader tool is more reliable and uses functionality already on the users’ machine rather than asking you to download a plug in.
